This exciting match racing format is like that of the America's Cup. Racing on identical J-105 sailboats, each skipper and his or her crew will be pitted against only one other boat in head-to-head action. Past winners include Mark Fischer, Susan Taylor, Dawn Riley, John Pica, Gavin Brady, Terry Hutchinson, Chris Larson, and Chris Law.

A charity event. All proceeds from the Senator’s Cup have benefited Living Classrooms, Special Olympics and the Chesapeake Bay Foundation.

Special Olympics event. Past Senator’s Cups have included an event with Special Olympics for the Special Olympics Match Racing Championship trophy. Special Olympics athletes sailed in their own regatta on Saturday.

WE THANK OUR MANY SPONSORS!! CLICK HERE to see the list of sponsors who supported this worthy event in 2007.
